hey all. not much goin on down here. right now just chillin out about to go watch some second thoughts with some pple from the camp. As for surf its been decent. a swell has came and left this weekend. we rented a car and drove to playa grande to surf playa preciosa…what a wave…after about a 2o min paddle out and a long while of sitting in the line up of double overhead waves i  drop into a right have it quickly close out on me, gte pummeled by two bombs and end up taking the whitewater the whole1/4 of a mile back to shore…. it was heavy, crowded, and super exhilerating. as for the bus i was informed by my father and recently Brian that the bus wont start. i am fairly confident however, that this is due to the cold weather in new york. come april and may all will be back to normal and we will be emarking on our andventure of a lifetime….hope all is well at home…smile and be happy all

Whats up guys? So I’m back from Oneonta for a week or so for one of our “spring” breaks. I went over to Ant’s house today to check out our beauty and see how she was holding up with me and school and Ant at DR. Once i got there i sat in the cockpit, threw the keys in and attempting the start up. But despite my hope for a right-away startup, my attempt for starting the beast was resulted in a dead battery no go. So,…El Wanderer’s battery is dead, but all Ant and I have to do is bring it to the garage like we did previously and get it juiced up once again. Besides that, everything is good and the bus looks great - the mural is still intact, the surf posters are all still up and the beds are still solid. I hope everyone is well - especially Ant! - we’ll keep in touch.

hey all,

so itsbeen small n cruddy however this past week we had about 6-8 ft faces at encuentro. i unfortunately had to work in the afternoon but i got 2 small sessions in. there is a swell coming in this wek n we plan to go to playa preciousia on sunday n possibly monday should be fun hoping for around head high sets hope all is well at hope …..stay stoked everyone!

hello all. well after 2 nights in a Santo Domingo woman’s home and a 5 hour bus ride i have arrived in Cabarete. i am right now working in the surf shop office planning arrangements for rooms and the surf school although no one has called yet. tom i will be working at Encuentro at the surf school and in the afternoon and i will let everyone know how it goes hope everyone is doing well!!!
